People gathered at the Brandenburg Gate on May 29, 2022 for a charity concert for Ukraine. Video messages were played at the concert, including one of the Chancellor of Germany. Many artists performed live at the benefit concert, including the band Kalush, who won the Eurovision Song Contest 2022.
